Outdoor Beach Team Building -
Unite (can be on grass or hard court, even indoors!)
Unite series of modified ball games provides participants with the opportunity to enjoy these popular competitive sports without having to train hard to do well.
There are 5 possible games under our unite series which our clients can choose from, Line Soccer (from futsal or football), Captain's Sponge, modified from captain's ball (similar to net ball or basket ball), Bumper Polo (from water polo), Rounders (from softball or baseball) and Air Ball, which is modified from volleyball.
The rules of the games are modified so that even the average office worker who does not spend a lot of time exercising is able to participate fully in the games. We also use balls made of soft materials so that it will not injure the participants even if the balls hit them.
Unite series of team bonding games allow participants to get out of the office or meeting room and enjoy some organised fun in the sun, work together in their teams and learn a little about team work.
Being an outdoor game, unite series of games will require participants to be out in the sun. However, if we that is not desirable, we have also conducted these games in an indoor environment in the form of a sports hall.
Unite series of team bonding games is popular especially at nice beach resorts like Rasa Sayang Resort in Penang, Malaysia, Club Med Ria Bintan, Ansanga Resort in Bintan, The Andaman Resort and Berjaya Resorts in Langkawi, as well as Sentosa in Singapore. While the main objective is still to build some team spirit, our clients were able to enjoy the nice beaches at these resorts.
Of course, this game can be done at any resort with a beach front or grass patch, with the exception of Bumper Polo, which we will need the venue owner to cordon off a section of their medium depth pool for the game.
Learing Values:
Leadership is definitely necessary in the unite series of games as someone in the team will need to be the coach or captain.
The games that are chosen are team based sports to begin with, therefore, while playing the games, participatns will need to strategise, coordinate, communicate and motivate one another to do well in the games
Unite series make a good team bonding choice as it will allow participants to work out a little together and at the same time get to see a different side of their team mates. During dinner or the days to come in the office, they will be taking about the different experiences that they had during the games.
Required Logistics
Nice big open space (can be grass or beach, some shade will be nice)
Indoor large ballroom or sports hall is also possible
Medium depth pool for exclusive use is required for Bumper Polo
Plenty of drinking water for participants to hydrate themselves
All other games logistics are provided by the anergy team
