Trianing Workshops should be 2 days in duration, however, if there is time constraint, a condensed 1 day condensed workshop can be arranged but the trainer may not be able to cover all relevant topics and go through these topic in a very in-depth level. The are also some coaching programmes that we run, these will be longer term in duration and will require more commitment from the companies in terms of time and money.
There are three criterias that Anergy trainers and associate trainers possess, firstly, they must have worked with reputable companies before, secondly, must be passionate above having fun (fun is our middle name) and finally, they must be effective trainers.
